Panne Velvet is a textured crush velour fabric. Although 100% polyester - it has a mechanic, two way stretch allowing the fabric to non-wrinkle. Great for costumes, clothing, and economic enough for arts and crafts. It is also a staple in the event industry for wall and pipe draping because of its non wrinkle body.
Inherently Fire Retardant (IFR): This fabric is Certified fire retardant NFPA 701. Tested and reviewed by Laboratories for Indoor Flame Retardancy. Fire Marshalls and or special jobs require certified fire retardant documents for approval before installation and or product development. This item passes the NFPA 701 testing.
