These are 60 denier black tights that have been printed and then embellished by hand using silver and pink studs and pale blue rhinestones. It is designed to be worn with open shoes (flats or heels) so the flower studs can be displayed like a foot tattoo. It is super-cute with a black dress or skirt and looks like jewellery on the legs. The studs will not fall off and do not tear the tights. Size guide photo 5.
