Water-resistant for protection from the elements, with stretch fleece side panels for improved mobility. Features nylon reinforcements along the collar, elbows and shoulder for durability. Includes dual interior upper chest pockets, dual exterior handwarmer pockets, center one-way zip closure with a wind protection flap and loop fastener on the front attaching name tape and rank patch.
