This is a vintage Spanx High Waisted Power Panty, style 032 We were cleaning out my grandmother's house and found several trunks in her attic containing my grammd,pter's and mother's intimate lingerie. This was in my mother's attic trunk and is new in the package. Spanx took the higher power in the panty and extended up to the waistline. This smoother the midriff, tummy, thighs, and derriere.
