We at the Department of Fine Arts here in the Stuart Weitzman School of Design at the University of Pennsylvania aspire to help Master of Fine Arts students develop into accomplished artists. We have an extensive record of developing many leading artists in the art and design fields. We do so in the belief that art can function as a social good, with the aim of contributing to a more equitable and just society for all people. Our department is highly diverse at both the faculty and student levels.
