Semaphore has just signed its latest licensing partner: the iconic fitness creator Cassey ‘Blogilates’ Ho. The business services company, which works with digital creators on accounting, tax prep, payroll, insurance, and brand deals, launched a new tier to its business in December dubbed Semaphore Licensing Solutions. The division, led by SVP of licensing Lisa Berlin Wright, seeks to help new-media creators nab extensive retail distribution for their consumer products licensing ventures. It previously announced partnerships with Braille Skateboarding, Trinity and Beyond, and SuperHero Kids to develop toy lines. However, Ho marks the first fitness star to join Semaphore Licensing Solutions' ranks, the company says. And while Semaphore is remaining mum on details, it says that it is seeking licensees and retail partners for nutritional products, apparel, hair care, skin care, and more. Additionally, Semaphore teased that Ho’s first licensed product will hit the shelves of a major retailer this fall.
