Hold it firmly against your breast for 5 seconds to ensure proper application. Adjust the amount of push-up from the bra by separating the two pasties more or less and clip them in the middle. When you're done using your Adhesive Silicone Bra, unclip in the middle and peel it off gently starting from top to bottom. Wash with a gentle cleanser and warm water. (Does not need to be washed after every use.)  Place it in a shady and ventilated place to dry naturally. Do not dry it in the sun. Once fully dry, place plastic backing back on. Notes: Clean your skin before using it.  Due to differences between monitor displays, actual color may vary slightly from image.
