Hello my beautiful people. HAPPY NEW YEAR. All genders of all shapes, sizes, colours, ages and physical abilities are welcome to attend, whether you are new to yoga or a long time yogi – you are welcome. I will be teaching a 90 minutes workshop at Bingham Riverhouse, Richmond, London, UK on Monday 23rd January from 19:00 to 20:30.Mats will be placed in a circle or horseshoe shape so nobody will be behind you. The space is absolutely beautiful and super cosy with soft lighting and infrared heaters to guarantee your maximum comfort.Mats and bathrobes will be provided, although I would suggest to bring your own yoga mat for hygienic reasons. Why Naked? Doria has battled with stage 3 cervical cancer, and survived. In her journey she discovered Naked Yoga and how it helped her adjust to her own Body post Cancer and she now wants to take as many people as possible on the body acceptance path.The class will include a short Video that tells Doria’s story and will help you settle in to start on your own Body Acceptance journey, breath work and asanas for all levels. After the class - Doria will be available for questions and to sign her book - “The Naked Yoga Effect”.
